So do you recall Mr. Obama decrying the influence of lobbyists during the '08 campaign? [It's one of very few issues on which I agree with him. ] Now look at who's working hard [i.e. $] to influence the race to fill the seat formerly occupied by Edward "Backstroke" Kennedy. This is why the little folk -- such as yours truly -- have been sending $ to the opponent of the big$ candidate. So much for Hope-n-Change, eh?
